The Linksys Wrt54G is a great little WiFi (wireless internet) router.
Because it runs Linux, there are various freely available firmware versions available for it. We use one of these to update the router to work as a WiFiTastic Home Hotspot.
This means that if you already have a Linksys Wrt54G, Wrt54GS, or Wrt54GL router then you can update your own router to work as a WiFiTastic Home Hotspot for free.
It's easy to install the WifiTastic firmware, and if you decide it isn't for you, it's easy to return to your previous firmware.

WifiTastic uses the Open Source Firmware OpenWrt. Please see here for more details of the licence.
